Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

Note: We do not accept returns on used personal care items for hygiene reasons.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at zaphairremover@gmail.com within 7 days
  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return
  3. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a free replacement. Just email us with a photo of the item and your order details.
