✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
Note: We do not accept returns on used personal care items for hygiene reasons.
📦 How to Request a Return

- Mention your order number and the reason for return
- We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address
💸 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a free replacement. Just email us with a photo of the item and your order details.
